Description
The Fleece Cheetah Turbocharger 351-0407 set the industry standard for power, quality, and reliability in your 2004.5-2007 Dodge 5.9L Diesel. This direct-fit turbocharger does not require any sort of installation kit, just bolt it on and go. Engineered as a stock-appearing turbocharger, this turbo features the Fleece exclusive FMW compressor wheel and Inconel turbine wheel technology. These wheels will provide smooth throttle response, big top-end power, and that distinctive Cheetah Turbocharger sound.

OK, I’ll say this. I bought the turbo last year. It was professionally installed on my 5.9 Cummins; it sounded awesome. I was hauling an empty trailer couple weeks ago completely lost power on everything, threw an engine code, took it to the mechanic. He says it’s the turbo. I say OK great, it’s still under warranty. I will say this dealing with Fleece has been a nightmare. The amount of hoops they’re making my mechanic jump through before they will even pay for return postage to the factory is insane, and the amount of cost passed off to me is not OK. I would be very cautious in dealing with Fleece, especially on their warranty side. I plan on following up with a Better Business Bureau complaint.

Would I have to modify the fuel system for this turbo?
As a 100% drop-in replacement turbo, the Fleece Cheetah does not require any expensive kit or specialized tuning, just bolt it in and go. It is highly recommended that additional fueling upgrades such as aftermarket tuning are installed or already in use.
Would this unit require headstuds?
Studs are recommended for boost over 45lbs and will work great with either single or twin turbos.
Is this a ball bearing turbo or thrust bearing?
This turbo utilizes a thrust bearing like the factory Holset.
How much added power does this make?
