Fleece Injector Return Line Repair Fitting

Eliminate the failure point in your Ford 6.7 Powerstroke with a Fleece FPE-FMC-FF-RLK-1724 Injector Return Line Repair Fitting. The Fleece return line fitting is constructed from Billet aluminum and replaces the factory plastic return line fitting which is a common failure point. Due to the location and the nature of this fitting, it is often removed during under-hood fuel filter maintenance. The stock plastic factory fitting can become brittle over time due to engine heat and break, leaving you stranded with a non-repairable part. Unlike the OE version, this Billet aluminum fitting is fully serviceable and includes a dual O-ring seal and a replaceable aluminum barb. This provides increased durability and the ability to replace components if needed.

This kit is designed to work with both OEM and aftermarket under hood fuel filter assemblies including Fleece Performance P/N: FPE-FMC-UHFA-1123.

This product is compatible with trucks equipped with an S&S Diesel Motorsport DCR conversion kit or the S&S Diesel Motorsport CP4 Disaster Prevention Kit.

Service kits are available for purchase (sold separately) and include new O-rings and a locking ring. Fleece Performance has found that, unless damaged, these seals and locks typically don’t require regular replacement during routine maintenance. However, given the frequent use of these fittings over time, it’s always a good idea to have extra seals in your toolbox
