The Fleece Intake Manifold & Grid Heater Upgrade FPE-CUMM-IHK-0724 will upgrade the airflow into the engine of your Dodge Ram 6.7L diesel. This intake horn and high-flow intake plate are direct replacements that increase overall engine airflow and replace the factory-style grid heater with a robust coil heating element.
Simplified and Safer Installation:
This kit fits all 2007.5-2024 Dodge Ram 2500/3500/4500/5500 6.7L diesel applications, offering the broadest coverage on the market. This all-in-one solution makes the job straightforward, with no need to second-guess fitment or hunt down the right gaskets. It includes the throttle valve gasket, intake runner gasket, intake horn gasket, EGR valve gasket, and EGR crossover tube gaskets for both regular pickup and Cab & Chassis model trucks. Clearly labeled hardware makes it easy to identify and locate the parts needed for installation, while labeled electrical connections help ensure a simple, no-guesswork setup.
This Intake Manifold & Grid Heater Upgrade does not require the use of any proprietary high-pressure fuel lines; you can reuse your factory high-pressure fuel lines. This kit also allows you to use direct replacement aftermarket options that are available universally from your preferred aftermarket supplier or OE reseller. The heater cables and connections have protective boots that eliminate any risk of accidental contact with an energized circuit, with no exposed connections like other brands on the market.

For cold-weather diesel enthusiasts who experience sustained temperatures below 23F (or -5C), the Fleece cold-weather kit includes a 700W heating element. The MAP Sensor on this truck is mounted to the back of the intake elbow, which you will be replacing with this Fleece Intake and Grid Heater Upgrade. While replacement of the MAP Sensor is not required during the installation of this product, soot buildup over time can affect sensor accuracy by interfering with the pressure and temperature readings. For this reason, many take the opportunity to inspect, clean, and replace the MAP Sensor if necessary.
