With a CP3 conversion, you will improve the reliability and fueling capability of your diesel-powered Chevy Silverado/GMC Sierra HD. The CP4 has proven to be less dependable and capable than the CP3 utilized in prior Duramax platforms since its introduction. CP4 failures are extraordinarily expensive and necessitate the replacement of the complete fuel system. Great pump, only issue is it still required tuning. I was having really bad surging issues. Luckily, my tuner was able to switch programming over to lbz pressure regulator parameters and the truck started running great.
