Designed to install in place of your factory fuel filter housing, the XD232 provides you with an easy solution to mounting the popular CAT 1R-0750 fuel filter under the hood of your truck. Each kit includes all necessary hardware and the CNC machined billet aluminum filter adapter has been specially designed to work with your existing factory fuel lines for an easy installation.

Application Note:
This CAT Filter Adapter is designed to work with your factory equipped M12x1.5 banjo bolts.
Because the CAT Filter Adapter removes the factory filter housing, it will not work on early model trucks that have the lift pump mounted to the fuel filter housing.

Good replacement from a factory fuel filter. Instructions wernt the best. You dont get to keep your factory fuel heater or water in fuel sensor with this kit. Also the factory line going to the injection pump is a real close fit. I had to pull mine and play with it for a while.

This is a super high quality product from XDP. I bought a new set of injectors for my truck and wanted to make sure they were supplied with the cleanest possible fuel, this kit provides! Extremely well built kit, fits perfectly in the factory location. Love the fact that it has a port on the top for a fuel pressure sensor, great thinking on XDP's part. I went a little overboard with filtration as I also installed a FASS Titanium 95 at the same time is, so I am now filtering my fuel through 1x10micron and 2x2micron filters before the fuel gets to the high pressure system. The Cat filter is a high efficiency filter that is rated to flow over 100GPH so it won't add any extra restriction to your fuel system.Another great experience with XDP.

Every common rail 03-07 should have minimum this cat 2 micron filter the factory just won't cut it cause injectors and cp3 to fail over and over this kit is awsome mine was short a bracket but xdp should fix it for me

Our XDP Cat Filter Adapter XD232 will not use the OEM heating element or Water In Fuel Sensor, and will use a Cat high efficiency fuel filter. Since the water in fuel sensor is removed we strongly recommend getting fuel from fuel stations that do not have diesel sitting for long periods of time, and running a quality fuel additive that disperses water such as our XDP Power Plus fuel additive.
