AFE 46-52061 BladeRunner Street Series Radiator

Have had this radiator installed for 3 years and the entire time I have been chasing coolant leak after coolant leak, trying different hoses and clamps trial after trial all thinking this was an issue with the hoses sealing, but it was never more than a minor drip until more recently where I was able to discover that the leak is coming from in between the fins on radiator and tank, it has been 3+ years of fighting this thinking there's no way it could be a $600 radiator, will never purchase their cooling system or charge air components ever again in my life nor will I ever recommend them.

Overseas built junk! They claim to be 100% aluminum, the core is bi-alloy which causes electrolysis (corrosion). The 1st one I installed started to leak after 4 months, and the 2nd one they sent me lasted 8 months. Contacting AFE they would not honor the warranty, no refund, no Emails, no phone calls, and no customer service. BUYERS BEWARE. They'll take your money then you are on your own.

Radiator was missing both fittings. make sure to flush out the radiator really good, mine had a lot of aluminum debris inside from manufacturing. upon installation I noticed the fan shroud sits about 1/2" too tall which was causing the overflow tank to rub on the upper radiator hose, not an issues on 04.5 or newer since they have the overflow tank on the firewall but 03 and early 04 have it mounted on the fan shroud. Had to get rid of my stock tank and purchase one to mount next to the passenger side battery.
