Upgrade the cooling system on your 2003-2009 Dodge Ram with an AFE 46-52061 BladeRunner Street Series Radiator. Built from 100% aircraft grade aluminum for superior strength, this Street Series Radiator features a larger tube and fin core (30% larger than OEM) to help lower temperatures and keep your engine running cooler.
Oversized Tube and Fin Core:
This BladeRunner Street Series Radiator features a 2" tube and fin core which provides greater heat dissipation and better coolant flow than the factory radiator for optimum cooling efficiency.
End Tanks:
The fabricated end tanks are constructed out of 1/8" aluminum plates for strength and durability.
Billet Aluminum Inlet/Outlet:
Billet aluminum inlet and outlet for long-lasting reliability.
TIG-Welded:
100% TIG-welded for proven strength and durability.
Brass Drain Valve:
BladeRunner Street Series Radiators include a brass drain valve with fitting to easily connect a hose for draining coolant.

Overall really happy with the radiator. It was simple to put it and let you know you need to remove the rubber grommets from the old radiator to mount this. It looks really nice my temperatures still sit a little on the higher end of a 180 degree thermostat but i suspect its air restrictions in my trans cooler or a/c condesnor. Over all though really like it.

Seems well made. No leaks. All mounting brackets welded in correct positions. Stock fan shroud fitted well. Keeps my temp down by at least 10°F from stock. Plenty of space between fan and radiator so no worries with that. If you're still using an electronic fan clutch be aware of the metal casing wrapped around the fan clutch wires, that can cause rubbing on the radiator tubes! I had to put spacers on the wire mounting brackets to pull them away from the radiator. When installed holds about 5 1/2 gallons.
