The Diesel Power Challenge, presented by XDP is the ultimate, annual diesel torture test used to find out who has the most powerful, street-legal, diesel -powered machine. For 2012, Diesel Power Magazine went to straight to the readers to pick who will be entered in this year’s competition. The readers voted and the competitor list is in! With almost every truck over the 1,000hp mark we can’t wait to see the competitors battle it out over several events including a dyno competition, drag race, sled pull, trailer tow & more!
The competition will take place in Denver, Colorado on May 8th-10th. Each event is filmed for all to see the horsepower, torque & carnage that goes into the Diesel Power Challenge. This year’s competitors are coming from all over the U.S. and even Canada! At this caliber of competition, the competitors truly bring the best of the best to compete in this winner takes all, bragging rights competition.
