Description
The FASS STK-5500 Fuel Sump Kit is designed to be capable of functioning independently or in combination with our Fuel Air Separation System, drivers can now get the benefits that come with a sump but without any of the inherited issues.
Like most sumps on the market, the FASS Sump Kit can pull fuel from the outside of the sump through a pre-tapped 1/2" fuel port. However this brings the inherited issues that a line can catch and pull loose. To fix this issue FASS decided that they would also offer a way to pull fuel from the inside of the tank using a Bulkhead fitting and Suction Tube Kit, effectively eliminating this possibility.

Great product, easy install.

Its a fass sump kit. Seems better then some of the others as there are no hoses coming out of the bottom of the tank. I was kind of bummed that the top bulkhead i received was black and not red. But nobody (Including me) is going to see it once the tank goes back up so its all good.

Order 608882: The unit works great and is everything you could need to stop any 1/4 tank issues when you add a lift pump (I have the FASS 150G). You will want to watch the FASS official installation video on Youtube. You'll need a hole saw and a few other things to complete the installation and it's complicated. This *is not* a 'bolt-on' upgrade but if you do it right, it works fantastic!
