FASS Silencing Technology (FST)
Developed by the engineering team at FASS Fuel Systems to help reduce the noise created by aftermarket fuel and air separation systems. By using radius cuts, tighter tolerances on all gears and a high quality military Specd Coating over the aluminum base, FASS Fuel Systems is able to develop the quietest fuel air separation system on the market.
Performance Radius Cuts (PRC)
An advanced machining technique used to improve the flow of fuel through the pump by creating smooth flowing cuts within the aluminum housing. This prevents the reintroduction of air and vapor back into the fuel and also to prevent stagnant fuel pockets from forming within the corner of a 90 degree bend. FASS Titanium Signature Series Fuel Pumps are the only Fuel Air Separation System that incorporates these exclusive Performance Radius Cuts, lesser competitors commonly use T-Bone and square 90 degree fittings that can limit fuel flow, cause restrictions and reintroduce air back into your fuel.
Mass Flow Return (MFR)
Technology is used to continually "polish" your fuel by keeping a positive pressure on the fuel being delivered to the engine and returning the fuel, that's not yet needed, back to the tank after it has been passed through the filtration process, removing dirt, air, vapor and water. This means your fuel is constantly being moved and cleaned. This guarantees that your truck always has the freshest and cleanest fuel possible.
Bolt On Bracket Mounts
Old mounting styles required drilling or welding when mounting your pump. This has been simplified with the FASS bolt on brackets that utilize your factory bed bolt that secures your truck bed to the frame. Mounting the Titanium Signature Series Pump takes only minutes and all brackets are made from machined steel for durability, support and strength.

Took a little longer to install than originally thought. Would be nice if it came with new retaining ring or mention that you’d need a new one.
On the up side, customer service was absolutely amazing! Called 3 times with 3 different questions during install and (mark?) answered each time and was super helpful and professional! Great product & even better customer service. I’d definitely buy their products again.

Excellent design, complete kit for install but you will need some extra tools so read through the instructions and watch the install videos!
After watching all the demonstrations videos on the FASS System I was sold. Better flow, quieter pump, Excellent filtration design, and a million mile warranty on the pump!
Take you time this is not for the faint of heart. Took me about 6 hours by myself.
- Ok so I have a 2004.5 5.9L Common with a retrofit in-tank lift pump. I was directed to purchase the TS D07 100gph in the notes section of the TS D08 page because of the in-tank pump.
Now here's where it got tricky... The fuel module for my truck looked exactly like that of the original one for 03's-04.5's buuuuuuuut had the fuel pump in the tank.
You might ask why would that matter? Well, it greatly changed where I installed the FASS Suction and Return lines on the top of the Fuel tank module. The instructions illustrate 2005-2018 Fuel tank module or most 2021 models. The models shown have plenty of room to add the fittings the 2004.5 does not... I had to do some quick thinking after I cut off the return line connection to make room for the FASS fittings, apparently you need that later.... I was able to use some 3/8 fuel line and a few clamps tp fix my mistake and run the factory return line to the old factor suction fitting.
All that to say if you have an in-tank retrofit it may not be the 2005+ fuel tank module that illustrated in the manual.
Other than stuff not being exactly the same I am very happy with the pump! It's quiet, has excellent filtration and provides me with the fuel I need for a slightly modded truck.
Banks cold Air Intake, Smarty JR, slightly bigger injectors, stock turbo.
