FASS Silencing Technology (FST)
Developed by the engineering team at FASS Fuel Systems to help reduce the noise created by aftermarket fuel and air separation systems. By using radius cuts, tighter tolerances on all gears and a high quality military Specd Coating over the aluminum base, FASS Fuel Systems is able to develop the quietest fuel air separation system on the market.
Performance Radius Cuts (PRC)
An advanced machining technique used to improve the flow of fuel through the pump by creating smooth flowing cuts within the aluminum housing. This prevents the reintroduction of air and vapor back into the fuel and also to prevent stagnant fuel pockets from forming within the corner of a 90 degree bend. FASS Titanium Signature Series Fuel Pumps are the only Fuel Air Separation System that incorporates these exclusive Performance Radius Cuts, lesser competitors commonly use T-Bone and square 90 degree fittings that can limit fuel flow, cause restrictions and reintroduce air back into your fuel.
Mass Flow Return (MFR)
Technology is used to continually "polish" your fuel by keeping a positive pressure on the fuel being delivered to the engine and returning the fuel, that's not yet needed, back to the tank after it has been passed through the filtration process, removing dirt, air, vapor and water. This means your fuel is constantly being moved and cleaned. This guarantees that your truck always has the freshest and cleanest fuel possible.
Bolt On Bracket Mounts
Old mounting styles required drilling or welding when mounting your pump. This has been simplified with the FASS bolt on brackets that utilize your factory bed bolt that secures your truck bed to the frame. I noticed a difference right off the bat after installing this lift pump on my Cummins! The install was straight forward and my truck runs a lot better. XDP has fast shipping and I plan on ordering through them in the future.

I bought the Fass ts Do7 165g titanium for my 2007 5.9 Ram 3500 crew cab long bed, I didnt run out of hose the hose is 17ft long after connecting the hoses from the Fass pump to tank and motor I had 6 inches to spare and with still slack from the tank to the pump. Is it perfect no would it better with at least 1 feet extra yes, but it work out so cant complain. Now I would say check that you have everything before you start incase something is missing, for me everything was there.
I would pre do something before you start to take your truck apart the instruction are clear end all but also watch a youtube video as well it will help in doing somethings that help, Fass has their videos as well as others. Do your homework before hand it makes thing easy and fast if you need to connect fittings connect them before hand that way they are ready on the day you work on your truck.
You need to prime by bum starting the pump and having the filter closest to the front loose so air can escape but be ready to thigh it back up, not in the instruction manual.
Last after you disconnect the old fuel line from the tank to the engine blow air in the line, because I forgot to do and the next day I was checking my fittings thinking I left something loose or something, nope the leftover diesel was just shaking its self on the tank and making a mess. making panic and thinking I screw up but everything was fine. Another thing not in the instruction. But other that everything went well truck is running fine.

great pump great install all parts are great minus i was 2 feet short on hose so i had yo go and buy 20 more feet of hose at almost 100 dollars from the parts house to finish install from fass to my cp3
