Products manufactured by XDP carry a 1-Year warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. The Warranty is Limited to one (1) year from the date of sale and limited solely to the parts contained within the product's kit. All products that are in question of Warranty must be returned shipping prepaid to XDP and must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase receipt. Warranty is limited to the original purchaser.
Under no circumstances shall the Xtreme Diesel Performance, LLC. be liable for any labor charged or travel time incurred in diagnosis for defects, removal, or reinstallation of this product, or any other contingent expenses.
XDP allows you to return your cores within 120 days of original purchase for a full core credit refund. After 120 days core refunds will be issued for store credit only, and after 180 days any core credit refund will be at the discretion of XDP. To return your core, follow the link below and fill out all the necessary information to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and email from our returns department to return your core correctly for a full core credit refund.
XDP recommends using a carrier that provides package tracking to ensure your cores get returned safely and quickly. XDP does not reimburse any shipping costs incurred in shipping the core. Once received, cores will be inspected based on our criteria to receive a full core credit back to your original method of purchase for your order. A properly packaged core must:
Be drained of all fluids
A "like-for-like" make, model, type and part number
Place any plastic plugs or caps received from new item back onto core
Place core inside the original box sent with ample packing material
Core paperwork must be inside the box
